Off to training now to do some kayaking, running and biking
(Brick training) whilst practising my transitions for next Sunday to chase down
Mat Stephenson at the Wadenhoe Quadrathlon... I’m really not in the mood to do
this but I know I need the training! Just looked out the window, weather is
worse than I thought... I really, really don’t want to go training!
Back from training, it was worse then I thought, the wind was awful and I didn't get as much training in as I had of hoped for because of a nasty crash which mucked up my hand (and my right side). Should be okay for Sunday's event though.
